I read the post about the Physician Support Line and how it offers a space for doctors to talk when stress feels heavy, and it really showed how important it is to take care of yourself when things get hard. Last semester when I was juggling tests and jobs, I even thought I might pay someone to take my online job placement exam while I called a friend and breathed outside after class, and it made me think how much support matters in tough times.
